Kristin grew up in Gadsden and attended Gadsden State Community College. She then attended Mississippi State University where she earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Special Education.

Prior to starting at First Federal, Kristin was the Development Manager at The Gadsden/Etowah Chamber of Commerce.

In her free time, Kristin enjoys traveling, running, hiking with her husband, spending time with her family, friends, and church small group, and attending Mississippi State football games.
